We are proud to offer you fresh made Japanese noodles called Udon. Udon's birthplace is Sanuki Province in Japan. Sanuki Udon noodles are unique as they are square in shape with flat edges.
The process of making our fresh udon noodles is complex as we need to cure our dough in multiple steps for 48 hours continuously. Our homemade broth also needs 24 hours to reach the perfect flavour balance.
MSG and preservatives are never used in our homemade broth and noodles. Our mission is to ensure that our flavours are created as naturally as possible.
